The “Baroque Concert” brings together some of the most representative compositions of classical music of the 18th and 18th century, a time marked by musical innovation, especially in harmony, form and instrumentation. Key composers such as Johann Sebastian Bach, Arcangelo Corelli, Georg Friedrich Händel, Giovanni Battist sonata. Bach, for example, combined the counterpoint complexity with emotional expression, while Vivaldi and Corelli deeply influenced the repertoire for strings.
Univerciudad UG, Casa El Nigromante, belonging to the Cultural Extension of the University of Guanajuato. Our headquarters is the historic and birthplace of Ignacio Ramírez “El Nicromante”. We are dedicated to a monthly cultural agenda made up of internal and external activities, free of charge and with cost.
