Easter Talk: The color of the Passion [] Follow Me Tours

Christmas and Easter are two of the most important Catholic moments in Mexico. For the Christmas season, the feeling is more joyful, happy, a moment to celebrate, but during Easter the feeling is different. Beginning the Lent on Ash Wednesday and ending on Resurrection Sunday, this time invites people to Personal reflection, thinking and for spending time on solitude.

In México many people have different ways to walk through the Lent, specially during the Holy Week. Many colors on the churches, many images exposed differently, many prayers and people attending churches, or just some prayers privately at home.

Another important moment are pilgrimages that people will take part on as a spectator and from the inside. A very unique faithful moment and devotion to different images, specially the Christ.

On this lecture, we will learn about the colors and the meaning of different aspects of Holy Week. Despite many of us have been for years on the streets during this time, together we will discover many of the secrets and moments of these time of the year.
