During this weekend I invite you to:
-plant the seeds of your dreams in the fertile soil of life and tend to them with love and care
-grow solid roots in the underground depth of your existence
-feel the sap of life running through your strong trunk
-let the branches of your heart dance in the wind and fully open to life’s gifts
-transcend the past by letting go of dead leaves that don’t serve you anymore
-tap into your renewed life force to grow juicy fruits and share their abundance with the worldThen from the highest limb, we will take a flight, leave the familiar behind to explore the unknown and discover the marvelous.Will you dare to fully open your wings to experience the thrilling freedom of a soaring bird?Together we will create a bridge between earth and sky, become the axis-mundi, find a balance between our need for security and our desire to explore new horizons, and loose ourselves in the mysteries of life.Two days of vivencias in a gorgeous dance space to fully immerse in this theme with depth and lightness.
Although this workshop is open to all, I invite you to participate in a few Biodanza classes before signing up! I am offering Biodanza sessions at the Nautilus Chamber on Thursdays in January.

She has been certified as a didactic teacher (teacher trainer) 5 years ago.

[Español abajo]The Nautilus Chamber is a vessel. It is where one can sail on the winds of music and movement to regions of the body, mind and spirit as yet uncharted. And I welcome you all. Every Monday night at 7 pm we have a transformational dance, a free form dance that loosely explores different ideas, like letting go of your beliefs for a moment, or finding what it is like to move in different ways and how that may expand your awareness of self, or what does “moving from your center” mean. The list is as infinite as movement is. It is also a space for other dancers, choreographers, actors, martial artists: anyone who is interested in using the space for transformational processes to consider home, and you are welcome to approach me about space usage for workshops or personal use.
