This Health & Longevity program is designed for students of all levels to enhance co-ordination skills to improve Mind and Body harmony for better Tai Chi posture, grace and flow. No experience required.
The Tai chi longevity training program is designed into 2 Yin Yang program modalities. The Yang training at the studio is for flexibility, balance and fitness. The Yin QiGong Health Dance training is on Zoom for cultivating better Meridian Qi flow, grounding and circulating inner peace.
