    Nuestra intención de conectarnos con la madre naturaleza por medio de la comida sacando su mayor potencial a los ingredientes que nos provee nuestra tierra. MAP Naakary does not have a fixed menu, but rather is guided by the time of year and the availability of the raw material to create a seasonal tasting menu that changes every day. The experimental cuisine of chef and horticulturist Alexis Torres focuses on the use of the complete ingredient – from creative techniques and preserves made at home – and on agro-ecological and sustainable practices. Each dish is a tribute to the diversity of the region, inspired by Mexican cuisine and the seasons of the year. To complement the meal of chef Torres, the bakery is run by chef Roxana Prieto.
