We are pleased to announce that we are launching our first tasting menu with spring pairing this 2021, after a very difficult year for everyone, we are ready to offer you a totally safe stay in our facilities, we have sanitization measures.
Our tasting menu with spring pairing with a carte blanche concept, which means you will not know what you are going to have for dinner, it is a moment full of uncertainty that you will want to live more than once (we take into account dietary restrictions and / or allergies of each diner prior to dinner).
Cooking makes us happy, and it’s perfect when it becomes a culinary experience we want you to live!

We have a very special guest, Lars Michel studied hotel management in Lucerne and grew up in his parents’ hotel (Gletschergarten) in Grindelwald in the Swiss Alps. He worked at the restaurant KOKS(2 Michelin stars)in Denmark for two seasons in 2017 and 2018; he currently works as Sommelier and Manager at The Omnia Hotel in Zermatt,Switzerland.
