Argentinean-Italian is the theme serving distinct recipes stemming from the old world with a rich Argentinian touch. San Miguel raised and chief chef, Max Sol, who trained and cooked in both Spain and South America is always happy to be back home. Max’s expertise is a great fit for Florios. Rooftop dining offers a dynamic and different appearing skyline than most restaurants in centro.
