This year marks the 103rd anniversary of the end of hostilities on the Western Front of the First World War at the eleventh hour of the eleventh day of the eleventh month.
It was to have been “the war to end all wars”.
For the eighth consecutive year, a Memorial Liturgy will be held in memory of ALL those who have served and continue to serve; those who have paid the ultimate price and also those families and friends who have suffered as a consequence of these losses and who continue to suffer.
Flags will be borne to the altar and readings will be offered by ex-Service members throughout the service.
The open- air, masked service will be held to commemorate
Remembrance Day at St. Paul's Anglican Church, Calzada del Cardo 6
Thursday, November 11 commencing at 10:30 am.
