      I’ve taken several classes with David and they are excellent. He does not only teach you recipes but the chemistry and principle behind each step, so if you mess up when you are on your own , you’ll know what to do. His resume is online and speaks for his knowledge and skills
      I’ll be taking more classes in the future.
