    The 2nd SWINE & WINE Festival – Dinner & Concert welcomes you to a unique experience at Florios Cocina de Fuego.

    On Friday, November 15th, we invite you to celebrate the finest U.S. pork along with the most select wines from the region, in an event that elevates the culinary arts and wine production of San Miguel. Each dish has been carefully crafted by talented chefs, transforming pork into true culinary masterpieces. Additionally, guests will enjoy a glass of local wine to create the perfect pairing.

    The evening is complete with the musical magic of Lady Zen, who will take us on a journey through the blues and jazz of Billie Holiday. This talented artist will captivate the audience, reminding us that some melodies can accompany, move, and spark intense emotions.

    On the rooftop of Hotel Clandestino, 322-779-9129, Open daily 2:00 pm. – 10:00 pm., Friday and Saturday ’til 11:00 pm. Argentinean-Italian is the theme serving distinct recipes stemming from the old world with a rich Argentinian touch. San Miguel raised and chief chef, Max Sol, whose trained and cooked in both Spain and South America is always happy to be back home. Max’s expertise is a great fit for Florios. Rooftop dining offers a dynamic and different appearing skyline than most restaurants in centro.
