Colectivo Colores resumes the organization of this event with the aim of celebrating diversity for the Pride March in San Miguel de Allende
San Miguel de Allende will be painted again in colors with the Pride March of the LGBTIQ+ community that will take place on July 13 and will conclude with an artistic event in the main garden where local talent will perform stand up and drag shows.
Colectivo Colores resumes the organization of this event with the aim of celebrating diversity and vindicating the dignity of people who have been repressed and discriminated against because of their sexuality.
Nora Garibaldi, coordinator of Colectivo Colores, expressed the needs faced by the LGBTIQ+ community in the municipality and for which they will go out to march in the streets of San Miguel de Allende.
For her part, Nadine Goodman, director of the Center for Adolescents of San Miguel de Allende (CASA) stressed that the invitation to participate in this event is open to the public and stressed the importance of taking children to participate, and only with education can the walls of inequality be broken down and with this it will be possible to reduce violence.
