Jardines Nueva Vida, formerly Jardines del Descanso, is a company founded in 1994, because in the city of San Miguel de Allende, Guanajuato, there was no private cemetery to meet the needs of the population, nor cremation services.

Currently it has 8,000 clients in anticipation, of which it has granted 15% of the products purchased, in addition to having provided more than 6,000 funeral services and more than 3,000 cremations to the city in these twenty-five years to people requesting funeral services.

It does not have direct competition, since it has the only crematorium and is the only private cemetery in the City; in addition to being the only funeral home that offers services and spaces in perpetuity with a provisional plan.

The Company is made up of 49 people who work in eight departments.

We have a branch in the city of Dolores Hidalgo CIN, where due to its high-quality products and the warmth of its services it has led it to quickly position itself in the market and seek the construction of a Private Cemetery in that City.

I have had experience with a death and Jardines Neuva Vida. The person had a prepaid cremation contract with them. The circumstances of his death were pretty awful, but the company came through in all respects, including accompanying his son to whatever legal things were necessary whenever they were necessary, doing the cremation of course, and taking care of all the required paperwork. This was almost three years ago. That’s my only experience with them, but it was good. I also have a prepaid cremation contract with them, and assume it will go as well. Of course, if it doesn’t, it’s not my problem!
I also had a Wonderful experience with Nueva Vida. Last year a friend passed away suddenly and his widow who spoke no Spanish was left in a horrible situation. Nueva Vida was outstanding. From the very beginning of removing the body to the very end of settling affairs they were right by her side, translating and offering assistance whenever asked. She did not have a contract and they still exceeded every expectation.
