Fundación creada en 1986 como homenaje al pintor, escultor y muralista Jorge González Camarena. Teniendo por objetivo el fomento y difusión de las actividades artísticas y culturales, encaminadas al fortalecimiento de una conciencia cultural. Espacio que da lugar a todas las expresiones como el teatro, la música, la danza, la pintura, la literatura y demás quehaceres artísticos.
