I had sciatic pain and compressed nerves in the lower spine, making walking difficult and experiencing much pain. Dr. Jorge Landeros (a pain specialist and anesthesiologist) at Hospital MAC did nerve blocks for me, which have helped greatly. These were followed by excellent physical therapy with Andrea Morales and her group at Kokoxcalli on the Libramiento near Red Cross. I am so grateful to be walking and pain free now, some six months later. Maybe they can help you.
