For more than 30 years, I’ve been sharing my passion for authentic Mexican cuisine through fun, hands-on cooking classes in beautiful San Miguel de Allende. After taking a four-year break, I’m delighted to welcome guests back into my kitchen.

Having lived in Mexico for 57 years, I’ve had the privilege of learning traditional recipes and techniques from talented home cooks and chefs throughout the country. Along the way, I’ve also developed many of my own creative dishes, always staying true to the wonderful flavors of Mexico.

Every class is completely hands-on and features only the freshest, highest-quality ingredients. My goal is not only for you to enjoy a memorable culinary experience, but also to give you the confidence to recreate these dishes easily when you return home.

You’ll receive detailed recipes to take with you, along with plenty of practical tips and techniques. Best of all, we enjoy tasting everything we prepare throughout the class, ending with a delicious meal we’ve created together.
