Santa Elena #2. Belmond’s Casa de Sierra Nevada en el Parque has reopened its restaurant after being closed for a few years. It was always one of my favorite places for brunch or dinner. This elegant spot as wonderful views of the gardens of the hotel. I enjoyed dinner with local friends who were equally glad that it had reopened. It is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner. It is a great spot on a holiday or when the downtown restaurants are full.
