Red, White & Boom is an Independence Day summer evening event steeped in tradition: a sumptuous barbecue cookout; a live band performing classic American rock, blues, country and party favorites; a fireworks show; a contest for the most patriotically dressed couple; and additional surprises and giveaways throughout the night.

This home-away-from-home event will take place from 6:00pm to 11:00pm on Saturday, July 4, 2026, at La Baha, the rooftop restaurant at the swank Hotel Amatte, Salida Real a Queretaro #168, in San Miguel de Allende, offering stunning city views and golden sunsets from its panoramic terrace.

Starting with a welcome drink on arrival, guests will be offered a variety of cookout favorites, including BBQ pork ribs, slow smoked brisket, New Orleans style corn ribs, creamy mashed potatoes, classic coleslaw, and much more. La Baha’s cuisine is prepared under the supervision of executive chef Antonio de Livier, recipient of a Five Star Diamond Award.

Throughout the evening, guests may enhance their experience with beverages available for purchase, including a Coastal Estates California wine selection, premium spirits, craft beer, and non-alcoholic beverages.
