Don’t miss the August Playreading

(PLEASE NOTE: For your added enjoyment, SM Playreaders now have a Friday matinee)

Can the spark of an attraction that was begun years ago, be rekindled in later life?

That is the premise of “Later Life”, a play by the brilliant, award-winning playwright A. R. Gurney. Austin (Frank Simons) and Ruth (Marjorie Burren) are brought together at a party at a swanky condo on Boston Harbor.

As they negotiate these new waters, and get reacquainted, their budding romance is constantly interrupted by a group of hilarious “Intruders,” all played by the brilliant Gerri Baruch and Rick Franz.

Come join us for this funny, often touching play.

Performance dates are Wednesday, August 12 and Thursday, August 13
