Classical Guitar Recital
As part of the FASMA 2026 program, audiences are invited to enjoy a recital by an accomplished Mexican classical guitarist and composer whose career reflects a combination of artistic excellence, international recognition, and a deep commitment to the guitar repertoire.
Holding a Bachelor’s degree in Music Performance from the University of Guanajuato, the performer has built an impressive career as both a concert artist and composer, appearing in prestigious venues and festivals throughout Mexico while earning recognition for the expressive quality and refinement of his musicianship.
An Accomplished Musical Career
His performances have been featured at distinguished venues including the Museo Iconográfico del Quijote as part of its renowned Musical Thursdays series, the Seventh International Guitar Festival in Salamanca, Guanajuato, the Classical Guitar Festival at the historic Teatro Juárez, and the San Miguel de Allende Chamber Music Festival.
Internationally, he was selected as a semifinalist in the Annual Texas Guitar Competition, organized by the University of Texas at Dallas, and later gained recognition as a finalist in the 2020 Portugal International Composition Competition with his work Three Micropieces for Guitar.
Today, he continues to devote his career to concert performance and composition, expanding the expressive possibilities of the classical guitar while sharing his artistry with audiences in Mexico and abroad.
