Throughout this month, the Municipal Government presided over by Mauricio Trejo continues to promote handicrafts that expose the beauty and talent of San Miguel de Allende.

In support of the families of San Miguel artisans, it continues to promote various craft exhibitions, with spaces to promote the cultural essence of the “Best Small City in the World”.

With the aim of strengthening the local economy, during the weekends of July and August, events such as the weekly editions of the “Artisan Show” and the already traditional “San Miguel de Allende Artisan Fair 2024” will be held. where unique pieces of traditional trades will be exhibited, handmade by and for San Miguelenses, which are also offered to all tourists and visitors.

With unique items based on metalwork and wool, two of the artisanal branches that are part of the identity of the municipality, the “Artisan Exhibition” will offer every weekend a variety of handmade objects, from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., in the Plaza de los Insurgentes, popularly known as “Plaza Garibaldi”. There, you can find products for the home, decoration and gifts such as: mirrors, lamps, rugs and hearts, even high quality jewelry and great designs, all made by San Miguel families from a wide variety of communities, neighborhoods and popular neighborhoods.

In addition, as the highlight of this expo sale, from July 24 to 28, a new edition of the “San Miguel de Allende Artisan Fair 2024” will be held from the esplanade of the Main Garden, which will have the maximum face-to-face exhibition of the color and beauty of local crafts and labor, before thousands of local and foreign visitors.

Thus, the support for the economy of the families of San Miguel exhibitors is endorsed who, in line with the tourism strategy of President Mauricio Trejo, continue to promote artisanal magic, with samples of unique pieces that represent the wealth of San Miguel.
