El Pavo Real Campo | El Pavo Read 2, Sosnabar, San Miguel de Allende

Join us for an unforgettable afternoon and evening as we bring a little Texas to Mexico! A Taste of Texas celebrates the flavors, music, hospitality, and fun of the Lone Star State—all while creating brighter futures for children and families in San Miguel Viejo.

Your ticket includes a welcome cocktail sponsored by Casa Agave, Texas-style barbecue featuring brisket or steak, ribs, creamy mac & cheese, coleslaw, skillet cornbread and dessert, along with wine, beer, margaritas and non-alcoholic beverages.

Enjoy live music, country line dancing lessons, raffles, specialty cocktail and agave tasting experiences, and plenty of Texas-style fun. During the evening, you’ll also have an opportunity to hear directly about the impact of Ojalá Niños learning programs for children, women, and families in San Miguel Viejo, meet some of the children we serve, and participate in our Raise the Paddle – Fund a Need.

Individual Ticket | $125
Includes the complete event experience, dinner, hosted beverages, music and dancing.

Table for 8 | $1,200
Gather your friends for a reserved table for eight, including recognition in the event program and your Texas-inspired table setting to take home as our gift.

Proceeds benefit Little Things Matter Foundation / Las Pequeñas Cosas Importan and our Ojalá Niños education and community programs in rural San Miguel Viejo. Through tutoring, English, computer literacy, STEM and robotics, reading, art, sports, Kids & Teens Clubs, psychology and counseling, and skills programs for mothers and women, we are investing in education, opportunity and well-being.

Come hungry. Bring your dancing boots. Experience a little Texas in San Miguel—and make a meaningful difference while you’re here.
