Patronal Festival of Jesús Nazareno [] Atotonilco

In the community of Atotonilco the patronal festivity in honor of Jesus Nazareno, will be held in the atrium of his Sanctuary from Friday 14 to Monday 17 July.

The prayer of his novena will be taking place from July 7 to 15, at 7:12 am and 00:<> pm.

The party that lasts 4 days, will begin on Friday 14 with mañanitas to Jesus Nazareno by a band, entrance of the flower, entrance of the Lord Jesus Nazareno, a function of struggles and a formal invitation to the Vigil to surrounding communities.

For Saturday, July 15 they will have from the meeting of gunpowder in the calvary, the dawn, mañanitas, masses, dance of Indians, arrival of xuchiles, entrance of pilgrimages, entrance of the Virgin of Candelaria and the presentation of a musical band.

And for Sunday, July 16, the second day of the big festivity, they will have mañanitas with wind band, Indian dance, Aztec dance, Eucharistic celebration, piñatas for children, the presentation of two musical groups and burning of castles.

Finally on Monday, July 17, at the closing of the festivity, there will again be mañanitas and the celebration of a Holy Mass, a torito dance, miniloquitos, and the presentation of two musical groups as well.
