Guanajuato is a land of wines, since it is currently positioned as the fourth producer of this distillate in the country, producing approximately 700 thousand bottles a year, through the 43 vineyards that rest in the state, of which 20 offer wine tourism activities.

Located in the Mexican Altiplano, at the base of the Los Picachos mountains, it is an organic vineyard and family winery, which produces artisanal wines entirely from its own vineyards.
3. Tierra de Luz Hacienda Vinícola
Tierra de Luz is an ideal space to relax, while connecting with nature, tasting a house wine, pairing with a pleasant meal, which makes it an ideal place to go in the company of friends, family, couple or even make a business meeting.
This vineyard has been open to the public since 2015, however, it is one of the oldest ex-haciendas in Mexico, since Hacienda Jaramillo de Abajo dates back to 1550. This enclosure arises through a gift of land granted by the viceroy of New Spain Don Antonio de Mendoza to the captain and conqueror of Tenochtitlán: Juan Jaramillo encomendero de Jilotepec, husband of the famous Doña Marina or La Malinche, the interpreter of the conqueror Hernán Cortés.
4. Tres Raíces
It is located in the heart of the Bajío, in San Miguel de Allende. The space promotes oenology, wine tourism, gastronomy and local development, together to delight each of the senses. It has different spaces for social, business and family events.
