Aldama Street in downtown San Miguel de Allende is one of the most beautiful streets in the world, according to Architectural Digest magazine.
The magazine of decoration, architecture, art, and design, of American origin, published an article with a list of at least 46 of the most beautiful streets in the world, among which the picturesque street of Aldama stands out, located behind the emblematic parish of San Miguel Arcángel.
The colorful street is much photographed by visitors and tourists, which aroused the curiosity of the international magazine who noted its beauty and recognized it among its list of the most beautiful streets in the world.
It is worth mentioning that it is the only Mexican street on the list, competing with other streets from Latin countries such as Cuba, Costa Rica, and Argentina and European countries such as France, Hungary, Italy, Spain, and some from North America such as Brooklyn, New York, and Quebec, Canada.
