Sonora Grill announces opening in SMA and León

Sonora Grill Group, which brings together restaurants such as Parrilla Urbana, Roof, Holsteins, and others, announced that it will open a branch in San Miguel de Allende.

This includes the reactivation of plans that began in 2019 and were interrupted by the pandemic. For this year, the group will open 14 restaurants in different cities.

These openings have an emphasis on the premium or high-end concept. Its objective is to “generate a high-end gastronomic culture”. The opening of new restaurants includes:

• Sonora Prime in San Miguel de Allende (which will be inside a hotel by the Obraje); León, Culiacán, Querétaro and Interlomas.
• Holsteins in Mexico City
• Cervo in Merida, Mexico City and Culiacan.
• Prime SteakClub in Cancun and Nuevo Vallarta.
• In addition, a branch of Parrilla Urbana in Santa Fe and another in Guadalajara.
• Sonora Grill in Hermosillo
• Sonora Grill Group is present in 13 different cities throughout the country and this year celebrates 18 years in the industry as a proudly Mexican Restaurant Group.
