Women dominate the Municipal Youth Award of San Miguel de Allende

Yahaira, Pau, Samantha, Ángela, Selene, and Pamela were the winners of the Municipal Youth Award 2021.

Their work, dedication, activism and struggle to make a better San Miguel de Allende made them winners.

The award, which consisted of a diploma in a cardboard box and the “promise of a trip” was what they received from the new Secretary of Youth, Genaro Sanchez, who arrived in the company of his acquaintances to recognize the kids.
To reward her, only a PAN councilwoman arrived.

With them there were no authorities, no big event, no media and they used the small auditorium of the Casa de la Cultura to recognize the work they do out of conviction.
