Michael Parks: “An extraordinary evening with the music of Bach”
Casa Europa México proudly presents American pianist Michael Parks in a special solo piano recital at the Templo de la Tercera Orden. As part of our ongoing social mission and commitment to the San Miguel de Allende community, this concert is offered with free admission.
Parks will perform Johann Sebastian Bach’s masterpiece, the Goldberg Variations, BWV 988. Published in 1741 to “refresh the spirits” of music lovers, this iconic work is a pinnacle of keyboard repertoire—combining technical brilliance, emotional depth, and structural perfection.
