Ricardo Castañeda
Ricardo Castañeda is an outstanding oboist with Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in music performance from Northwestern University, where he studied with Ray Still. He is currently principal oboist with the Chicago Symphony and English horn soloist with the Illinois Philharmonic Orchestra. With an extensive career as a soloist and ensemble member, he has performed with several orchestras and opera companies, including the Chicago Symphony Orchestra and Lyric Opera. In addition, he is a professor at the University of Illinois at Chicago and Northeastern Illinois University.
Andrew Snow (Cello)
Andrew Snow is an outstanding cellist, known for his versatile performances and contributions to chamber music. With a rich background performing with numerous orchestras and chamber ensembles, he brings a depth of musicality to his performances. He is an integral part of the Chicago Panamerican Ensemble.
Beatriz Helguera-Snow (Piano)
Beatriz Helguera-Snow is a pianist recognized for her exceptional skill and collaborative performances. She has played a significant role in various chamber music settings, especially with the Chicago Panamerican Ensemble. Her dedication to music education and performance is evident through her participation in multiple musical institutions and her contributions to the chamber music repertoire.
