Dr. Leslie has several years of medical experience in various Mexican health institutions including ISSSTE, IMSS, General Hospital of Zacatecas, Hospital Star Médica Querétaro, Sanomed Clinic Querétaro and her private medical practice. She provides compassionate, highly skilled, patient care with a commitment to building relationships with families and communities while providing comprehensive medical care to all ages including a focus on geriatrics.
Originally from the United States, Dr. Leslie also lived in Canada, Ireland and Mexico. In her free time, she enjoys family, friends, cooking, traveling, medical research and art.
Dr. Leslie is fluent in English, French and Spanish.
With warmth and compassion, highly developed people skills, Dr. Leslie fosters strong patient relationships and encourages them to make decisions toward greater health with her support and guidance. Dr. Leslie’s priority is preventive medicine and health education.

For those about to travel to an area where malaria prophylaxis, yellow fever, Japanese equine encephalitis, or other country-specific medical considerations need to be evaluated, she is available for pre-travel consultation. Dr. Leslie recommends that patients see her at least 4-6 weeks before travel, as some immunizations need to be given well in advance of travel.

I highly recommend Dr. Leslie Marie Flores. She practices at Star Medica in Queretaro and here at MAC Hospital across from Liverpool. She is excellent and is a former American so of course speaks perfect English.

Dr. Leslie Flores is new in my life and I am more than grateful for having found her. She has been amazingly responsive and stays in touch with me as I navigate a health crisis. I feel she truly cares and is there for me and we are staying in close email contact, She is extremely knowledgeable , asks the right questions and has referred me to 2 other fine specialists at Hospital Mac.
My husband and I like her very much. We have had our annual check with her and she arranged an EKG and consult with Dra Madrigal. Dr Flores is from TX, where she grew up and she went to medical school in MX. It’s not easy to qualify, but if you get in it’s free. She met her husband there.
She’s very responsive to email and answers her cell if I call her. Her assistant/office manager does not speak much English.
I highly recommend Dr. Leslie Marie Flores who is intelligent, personable, and thorough. I hope I don’t need a doctor in the future, but if I do, I know I will be in good hands.

I would just like to take the time to give a 2 thumbs up and a big shout out for Dra. Leslie Marie Flores who I recently had the necessity of working with due to an eye issue that decided to present itself on New Years Eve Day–bad timing! ?
Needless to say, most providers were not available on December 31st due to the holiday weekend, but via the wonders of WhatsApp and the sending of some unsightly photos, Dra. Leslie consulted with Ophthalmologist Dra. Luvia Rodriquez where they both discussed and agreed upon the proper course of treatment.
Dra. Leslie called in my required prescriptions to Farmacia Guanajuato, and within a half an hour they were being delivered to my door step. #gracias Dra. Leslie was thorough, patient when our call kept getting dropped as she was traveling with family to see family for the holidays, performed a thorough remote health history and coordinated my follow up with Dra. Luvia Rodriguez.
To say that I continue to be so grateful for the ease and efficiency of Medical Care in Mexico would be an understatement.
